Your hardware, our coach

Swingman gives the people who buy your launch monitor a reason to use it more: a practice logbook that keeps every swing on video, matches the numbers to the footage, and turns a session into one thing to work on. We would like to make it work perfectly with your device, and we need a unit to do that.

What Swingman is

Product
A web app for the driving range and the home net. The phone's camera catches every swing; the launch monitor supplies the ball and club numbers; a rule-based coach turns them into a focus and a drill, then measures whether the drill worked.
Stage
Private beta since September 2026, in weekly use at a UK driving range and growing by invitation.
Integration
GSPro Open Connect v1 server (your official GSPro connector talks to it unchanged) and CSV import with per-device column aliases. Official routes only: we do not reverse-engineer Bluetooth protocols or scrape screens.
Audience
UK amateurs who practise weekly: range regulars first, then owners of sub-£2,000 launch monitors who want practice structure rather than another simulator.
Business model
Free for golfers for at least the first year. Their data from your hardware is never behind a paywall and exports in one tap. If Swingman ever charges, it will be coaches and teams, not the golfer who already bought your device.

What we are asking

What you get

What we won't do

Retailers and ranges

If you sell launch monitors in the UK and have demo units, a loan for a week or an afternoon at your showroom gets your store a write-up and an affiliate link on the relevant device page. If you run a range with its own ball tracking, we would like to talk about letting golfers match it to their footage.
